WATERSPLASH

We are aware that with the recent higher water level at the Watersplash (after heavy overnight rain) that some vehicles were unable to drive into Brookley Road yesterday.

Therefore, the decision has been made that for the eight weeks that Brookley Road is closed, (at the Tesco Express end of the road), the water will run underneath the road.

This is to ensure that access always remains available via the Watersplash and any rainfall does not restrict vehicular access.

Once the road is fully re-opened, we will arrange for the water to run over the road in the usual way for the Summer.
