Policy, Resources & Finance Committee
The Policy, Resources & Finance Committee meets a minimum of four times per year, on the first Tuesday of the month in January, April, July, and October. Please note that dates may be subject to change and additional meetings may be arranged, if required. Meetings are held at 7.00 pm at Brockenhurst Village Hall.
The Committee deals with all policy and financial issues, including setting the precept and finalising the annual budget.
The meeting is open to the public and a short period is set aside at the beginning to enable members of the public to make presentments. Please note that members of the public can speak during this presentments period but, whilst they are welcome to attend for the remainder of the meeting, cannot participate in the meeting itself. Occasionally, when discussing matters of a confidential nature (eg. staff salaries or commercially sensitive matters) it is necessary to exclude the public and press by resolution.
