Personnel Committee
The Personnel Committee meets a minimum of twice per year, on the first Tuesday of the month in March and September. Please note that dates may be subject to change and additional meetings may be arranged, if required. The meeting venue will be advertised on the agenda.
The Personnel Committee deals with all HR, training, and staffing matters.
The meeting is open to the public and a short period is set aside at the beginning to enable members of the public to make presentments. Please note that members of the public can speak during this presentments period but, whilst they are welcome to attend for the remainder of the meeting, cannot participate in the meeting itself. Occasionally, when discussing matters of a confidential nature (eg. staff salaries or commercially sensitive matters) it is necessary to exclude the public and press by resolution.
