Personnel Committee

The Personnel Committee meets a minimum of twice per year, but may meet at other times depending on requirements.

The Committee acts as the Council’s human resources (HR) department, managing all employment, recruitment, staffing, and welfare matters for the Council’s employees. Because this committee often deals with highly sensitive and confidential data, some or all of their meetings can be held in private, excluding the press and public.
